What is OpenAppointment™?
OpenAppointment is a mobile app that allows consumers to field and book an appointment at their convenience from any service provider in the network. OpenAppointment integrates with any scheduling software to find the most convenient open appointment, and allows a user to reserve a day and time right from their smartphone or tablet.
What problem does OpenAppointment™ solve?
Missed appointments cost service providers billions of dollars a year in lost revenue. Cancelled appointments mean no revenue and decreased efficiency for service providers. OpenAppointment is a solution for cancelled appointments. Our Wait List feature seamlessly moves the next customer into an open slot and the chances of a service provider having a gap in their schedule due to cancellation goes down dramatically. The next person on the list just takes that time and everyone involved is notified.
How much does OpenAppointment™ cost?
OpenAppointment will always be free to consumers. We will never charge them to download or use the app. Service provider partners will be charged $50 per month to utilize the app. If you pay for an annual subscription you get two months for free.
